Lost and Found Parrot / Bird Reporting and Alerting Register

Hi yesterday at 5pm my 9 year old green Quaker got caught in a huge gust of wind. I had then found him in a neighbors tree and was about to get him till a neighbor walking by tried to help which only scared him when yet another gust of wind came through. We need him home ASAP and truly dead or alive because it just kills me not knowing especially with this freeze and his arthritis. He also needs his vitamin pills to keep his cataracts away. I live in the northwest pines mobile home park and from the looks of it he flew out of the park. Please let me know if you have any info I have a BUNCH of pics and I can easily identify him from other Quakers.
