Louie is a male IRN, Green with blue tail & pinkish beak. His ring is not fully formed, but it starting to be come in. He is 2 years old. His wings grew back enough for him to fly away when he was outside. We live in the Bloomsburg PA area. Please call if you see him. Do not approach as he will probably scare and fly away.
