11/19/2016 at 4:00pm in McAllen close to Buddy Owens and 29th Street our parrot escaped, please repost my post. We love our bird and we being crying all day, reward is offered, he has a metal bracelet on right leg, please help us pray that someone finds him. Thank you God Bless you! His wings were clipped long time ago I don't know if he could fly now!
