Jack is 5 1/2 months old and he just regrew his clipped flight wings (one left to come in-probably has by now) Jack is yellow with grey. I named him Jack- but not 100% sure he is a boy. He was last seen on College and Country Club Drive in East Bakersfield. He has a distinct physical characteristic that I can identify him with. He is tame and was always with me. He was startled and flew up to me but the wind caught him...
