Apollo flew away around 7pm on July 21st in the Waupaca, Wisconsin area. He will respond to budgie noises and he knows the phrase “Whatchu doin”. He does not like it when someone moves quickly towards him. He has a silver band around his leg. He’s blueish/gray and has a blue cere. The best bet to get him is to lure him with millet, he’s only used to being on my finger so he’s not comfortable around anyone else. If you see him, again, lure with millet and budgie noises.
