Lost and Found Parrot / Bird Reporting and Alerting Register

On Sept 11th, 2012 my cockatiel Windy got startled when the door was open and flew out. He spent two days in the trees surrounding my apartment but couldn't figure out how to get down. He's an inside bird and while he can and does fly that's way higher than he's ever been before. He finally has moved off but every bird person I know says he is still in the area probably hunting for some food/water. His home is directly across from the Wellsville Campus of Alfred State College, ie. University Hills Townhomes. There is $200 reward for the safe return of Windy.
