Louie is a white Indian Ringneck. He is pure white above the neck, has a gray ring, and is white with a bluish tint below the neck. About 10" tall with a long tail - as long as he is tall. He does not speak. Will whistle. Shy of people. You will probably have to talk to him to get close.
