Echo got loose and flew up the hill from our home towards Santa Barbara. We spotted him 2 times on 4/30/2020 but he is not a skilled flyer and cannot fly down from electric poles. We spotted him 3 times yesterday, 5/1/2020 but could not lure him down. We have not seen him today but believe he is exausted and will possibly come to someone. Please help if you can, he is a greatly loved bird. Thank you.
