I recently adopted Snow, a male mostly white cockatiel w grey markings. He's friendly but don't like hands. Lands on head or stick. He is not banded, fully flighted DO NOT CLIP IF FOUND BY ANY MEANS!!!!! He is in a flock with all fully flighted birds and it would be extremely detrimental if he is clipped!!
