Scout is a one year old Sun Conure with a orange tummy and yellow head and green/yellow feathers on back. He was on my shoulder when I stepped out to put a letter and got spooked and flew off. We have called for him and looked from day until night. We miss him and just want him home! If you see him, please let me know.
