Lost and Found Parrot / Bird Reporting and Alerting Register

Blue crowned conure 13yr old male. Named Bernie. Crown of head is blue with a green body and reddish color on underside of the tail feathers. Wings were clipped at the time he flew off. Last siting was near the 138 overpass heading south towards town in Jamestown, RI(7/21/20). He's skittish and ,very chatty but,will not desend down when called. He's likes to remain high up in the trees 10-100ft. Bernie is about 17- 21in.long. size of a small crow.
