Green parakeet with yellow tipped wings and yellow face with distinctive yellow spot on head and he has some yellow on his tail, his wings have never been clipped and he doesn’t have a band. REWARD IF FOUND. We miss our baby more than words can ever express we’ve had him since he hatched and we’re very close with him and preying for his safe return home.
