Lost and Found Parrot / Bird Reporting and Alerting Register

My stormy girl has been missing since 10/14. She was sitting on fiance's shoulder looking out screen door which does not attach at the bottom. She went to fly off shoulder towards cage but did not make the turn wide enough and hit door frame and slid under screen door to the mat on the outside and flew off. There was only one sighting yesterday morning from my fiance and she has not been sited since. We are missing her dearly she is part of a flock, I've had her for over 3 and 1/2 years she was.
