Someone living at ************* west Sacramento CA found my parrot. Her neighbor called me and told me she has it. When we got there she refused to give it back. She told the cops she doesnt have him. The police and her property management said she is foul as can be and are on my side, but cant do much. Im willing to pay a $200 reward to get my 9 month old baby bird back.....i just dont know what else to do.
